Experiences
I studied Spanish as a second
language in DALFA in July 2004. Our family was so wonderful to us. I
do not think I have ever learned so much in such a short amount of
time, not just the language but, a whole different culture. The food
, the scenery, and the people are all great and of course don Warner
is a hugepart in making the whole experience real and first hand,
gracias a Dios.

I studied Spanish in DALFA in July 2004.I truly enjoyed my time in
Costa Rica. The small and relaxed classroom setting made it fun to
learn the language and culture of this beautiful country. While
living with a costa rican family I got to try many delicious tico
foods and experience the culture in a personal way. Over the weeks I
spent in Costa RicaI fell in love with my tico family . Though I only
stayed for a month , don Warner worked hard to teach me as much as he
could during my visit. It was worth every minute.!

We are glad you are considering coming
to Ciudad Colon,Costa Rica to study Spanish in DALFA. Don Warner
Dávila is an excellent teacher and the town is nice. We have enjoyed
living here and know the people here.
Ciudad Colon is located about 30 min.

many friendly hometown people eager to help. The buses are easili
accessable and take you to dawntown San Jose and from there to
anywhere in Costa Rica . There are also taxis readily available for
transportation.
